      The main stage of transformation of the state coal company SHC “Pavlogradvugillia” in world class coal-mining company “DTEK Pavlogradvugillia” is stated. The main directions of equipment and technology, labor protection and workers’ protection upgrade, realization of investment projects in the field of environmental protection are given.
