      ABSTRACT

      In article issues about detection of zones with sulfur-containing gases during mining of coal seams are reviewed. Industrial tests and implementations in mine conditions of suppression technology with using sulfur-containing gases refrigerants and neutralizing hydroxide – glycerol, triethylene – hydroxide compounds and lye change are proved and substantiated. Parameters of developed technologies, areas of their application are established.
