ABSTRACT
Tasks for its intended purpose, structure, disposition, working arrangements of subdivisions of State Military Rescue Service (SMRS) in coal industry, statistical information about accidents and emergency situations on coal enterprises, first aid, works on emergency situations prevention and minimization of consequences are presented. Economic efficiency of main tasks execution by SMRS is described on the basis of accidents investigation. Issues of mine rescue work, its solution for decreasing quantity of accidents and increase level of accident-prevention preparation of coal enterprises are given.
